Embiid suffering from the Sixers trying to increase Boston's desire for Noel and/or Okafor. There has been a bad GI bug going around the Northeast this year, but this looks more like showcasing the available big guys on the market.

You can make the case for LeBron and Giannis who I myself voted for, but the fact that Love is ahead of Embiid is an absolute joke IMO. And HTF is Zaza in second place in the West?

The REAL reason that he is in jeopardy is because the league pretends that Centers don't exist anymore. Embiid should not be competing with forwards for the allstar game.

I think it was in part a result of the historical lack of quality big men in the East compared to those in the West so they made it more inclusive to level the playing field per se. So now that we have arguably the most dominant two-way center in the Eastern conference in decades, he will likely be hurt by the rule.
