Ending up with Markelle Fultz, Lonzo Ball or Dennis Smith/Jayson Taytum and Memphis pick is a solid building block for yall right?

You have to be kidding. An unknown draft albeit high and garbage for one of the top players in the league. By the time your draft pick stockpile even begins playing winning basketball they will be up for new contracts, meanwhile Thomas,Brown,Crowder, and Bradley will have already been up for new contracts. Enjoy your 1rst rd playoff victories because thats all you'll get.

It's the number 1 pick in one the best drafts in recent history.
If that's not good enough, then what is a fair deal?

Keep in mind that Jimmy is going to want to go to a winning team with a chance to compete. His agent can help sway this process. Does Jimmy Butler really want to go to Denver? If Denver knows he doesn't wanna play there long term, do they give up anything significant rather than keeping their guys and re-signing them later? This goes for all potential trade destinations.

Denvers desperate they threw big money at Wade - killing themselves to get a Star.

chi in: BKN 17, BOS 18, OKC 20, okafor, brown, johnson

bos out: BKN 17, BOS 18, crowder, brown, johnson
bos in: butler, ilyasova, zipser

phi:

embiid/noel
simmons/saric/holmes
crowder/covington

chi:

okafor/lopez/felicio
gibson/johnson/portis
brown/mirotic/mcdermott

why? finally the inevitable rebuild begins. okafor and brown are young prospects plus the bkn pick will get you a shot at a high level talent. bos18 and okc20 lil addons for the future

bos:

horford/olynyk/zeller
ilyasova/jerebko/mickey

Sounds like you haven't watched him play and are just making an assumption based on him being white.

I've seen Jokic play.

I am not giving up Butler because of a belief that Jokic will become very good in that trade offer.

Read for years how people thought Niko would be an all star on here and he's NOWHERE near being an all star. Jokic won't pan out either.

If Boston wants Jimmy has to be both BRK picks and Brown or I'm not interested. Price may seem high but show who else is giving you:

25/7/5, 26 PER, and elite defense. Oh he's locked up on a solid contact and in his prime. He's a perfect fit in Boston to boot.
KC: Do you still think you're a championship-caliber team?
Gar: I never said that and correct me if I'm wrong.
KC: You were asked that question at the news conference announcing Thibodeau's dismissal and you answered yes

Jokic is very good. He's averaging 18.9/11.3/5.5 per/36 on 58% this season.

Jokic is panning out right now as we speak. He's bananas good.

If you get Jokic in a Butler deal that's the jewel over some uncertain draft pick.

You dissing Jokic is self revelatory.

The Kanter argument.

Who knows what he'd average with increased minutes. Not buying it honestly.

It could be the 5th pick for all we know, and that could be a huge drop off in the draft which I believe it will be. If we can't get reasonable value then we just don't trade him.

BK17+18+Brown Starts getting hard to pass. You guys have the potential to make that type of trade and not lose any of the pieces you currently have going for you and that is what it will take. Swapping Taj and Johnson as fillers I believe would also make a lot of sense.

Horford
Gibson
Butler
Bradley
Thomas
Crowder

Is a contender but you got to pay.

come on this isnt news, practically any player can be traded "For the right price". I dont mind if he was traded for the right price, I dont mind if he stays the season either or his career. Its management that needs a plan

You left out the 1blk 1stl and 80% from the line. 33% from 3 - .618% FG from 2.

And he's 21 yrs old.

We've seen what Jokic can do with more minutes, he's put up lines like 27/17/9, 27/11/4, 24/10/4, 16/8/11, 25/7/4 all within the last couple of weeks.

Between Jokic being "meh" and Embiid being "pretty good", there has been some pretty bad takes on this board recently.

He's nothing like Kanter and your argument is weak.

It's actually no argument just an arrow pointing to a completely different basketball player.

If Jokic is ever an all star, I'll eat my words and admit to being a complete idiot regarding him.

But I am positive he'll never be an all star.

Quote me.

And his minutes have stayed on the same amount the past month or so.
