The Lakers come into tonight's game against the Miami Heat looking for a win to keep in contention for the 8th seed. The Heat will be without center Hassan Whiteside for this game, he's out with an eye contusion. The Heat will also be without Justice Winslow, he's out for maybe the season with a torn labrum. Tonight's game will be the 58th in the regular season series between both teams. The Lakers hold 31-26 advantage, with their last home win coming last March in a 102-100 win in OT.

This is the 3rd game of a 6 game road trip for the Heat, they last played on Wed. against the Kings winning 107-102. The Lakers played in Portland Thursday night losing 116-109.
