Yeah I see what the problem is, your teams were gone and I assigned Bos to you but Bos was also already assigned. Sorry mate. But I think DD has no problem giving up SAC. Or do you prefer WAS? He even didnt make a move til now which is good for you

I already assigned Las Vegas too.

Las Vegas Vipers - maybe he gives LVV to you

But expansion is way more work keep that in mind (you have to be extremely active during free agency)

If a player has an unguaranteed contract, do you have until the start of the season to decide or is there an earlier date we need to let you know by?
