Depressing part about these list is myself along with a lot of people thought MKG would be our best player, or if not that our most important one. He's not even close in either category. Pisses me off because I love the guy.

Common man how do you have Frank over Lamb? Just about every single stat says otherwise. Not tryin to be a dick jus honestly curious your reasoning over this. Frank has been the most disappointing player the past 2 season for me.

Player value is usually situational so I won't rank them but I'm a little surprised at how low Marvin is here. Basically sixth man territory with a high of 4 and low of 7.

This for a true 2-way spacer who routinely defends 3-4 and sometimes the 5. Finding that versatility isn't easy.

I'd view this as ranking players CHA could least afford to lose in a Playoff series. In that way Marvin is 3rd, IMO.

Of course that's different from trade value but I suspect on a 1-year expiring most NBA teams would see it similarly.

I can concur with this because Frank is his replacement.

Don't confuse my ranking of Frank with my lack of disappointment in Frank. Frank has disappointed me more than any other player this season, except maybe MKG. Perhaps that is my fault for having set my expectations for Frank too high. To answer your question, I value Frank's skill set at his position more than I value Lamb's. Regardless, there is not much separation between Frank, Marco and Lamb for me, which is why I have those 3 on their own tier. The gap between the MKG, Marvin, Cody and the Frank, Lamb, Marco tier is vast.

Anyway, why does everything lately have to dissolve into Frank vs Lamb? That debate is getting old.

Any ranking of Marvin lower than 5 is absurd and I can certainly understand the debate that he should be ahead of MKG, especially now that Marvin has found his 3pt stroke a little bit. That first month was rough for Marvin. As Clifford has said many times so far this year, Marvin has been our best defender.

What I don't quite understand is why Marvin doesn't play more minutes. I can only assume Clifford is trying to keep him fresh, but I'm not sure we have that luxury. I'd like to see Marvin pushing 30-32 minutes every night. Marvin has only played 30+ minutes 9 times and 31+ minutes twice.

Is that Cody you are knocking out of the top 3? You've seen how we've played with and w/out Cody this year. I'm a huge fan of what Marvin brings, see my last post, but I have a hard time putting his value ahead of Cody right now, especially considering what we have behind Cody.
