Been watching Suns games a long time, never saw saw any Cleveland fans in our stadium until they got good. You have to remember they have been an extremely repugnant NBA franchise for a long time now.

Our youth showed late when the young guys started trying to play hero ball, but really who cares? If they're so immersed in a game that they think they can take over, they're probably learning a heap about basketball in the process.

Repugnant? That sounds unduly harsh

To everyone who watched and commented on the game, could I ask you to leave your ratings/review on the Nashty/Cactus thread following each game?

http://forums.realgm.com/boards/viewtopic.php?f=27&t=1508596

It only takes a couple minutes but it only works well if everyone jumps in to leave their ratings. Even if you hate the creator (batsmasher), leaving a rating out of spite would be just as useful

I think what i liked best about today was that it was a furious run by the starters. Every comeback run like this that we've had this year has come from a bench unit. It's nice to see the guys who are supposed to be the team's best players be the ones who make it happen like that.

Ultimately is was a great result. Most everyone played a great game against the defending champs and we lost a close one. Confidence building + draft pick...win/win.

I remember Bulls fans and Laker fans invading AWA back in the day, but I never saw much support for other teams.

When the Suns were good, we always had home court advantage.

Now it seems like half the crowd at home games is cheering for the other team. Cavs, Warriors, OKC, Pistons, Lakers, Bulls, Knicks.

WTF?

Seems like our fans just don't care to go to the games anymore and the bandwagoners are buying up the tickets.

Guess it makes sense economically. What do tickets to a Warriors game cost? It's probably cheaper to pay $200 to Southwest for a roundtrip from SFO-PFX and back and score tickets from a scaler in Phoenix. Supply/Demand. I'm only half joking here, so no green font.

And he's the most arrogant sob there as well, just really unlikeable to watch.

If he's disrespectful to his mother why wouldn't he do the same to the refs

Might as well pretend this is a Finals game...

Because Cavs will be there for the next 3 years... Suns wont... So regular games against them could be a glimpse of what could have been lol.

It was a fun game, but I don't understand why can't we play with the same effort on the defensive end in both halves. First half they got whatever they wanted, second half we forced turnovers with perimeter pressure and ran like hell. Despite that pressure we sent them to the FT line just once in the second half, which has been a problem all season.

Given the Cavs lost back to back in Utah and Portland, I don't feel as good about how we played them anymore.
Granted, both of those teams are better than us, but I feel like Cleveland is simply in a slump.
