Seems like he makes sense more when Simmons is healthy. Play a BJ Armstrong role.

Im glad BC is looking for players.... Randle seems to have the skill set we are looking for. Reading that article on ridiculous upside, he seems like he could be a decent fit with Simmons/Embiid.

He has been tearing up the D-League scoring the ball and is Stanford's All-time leading scorer.

Very good shooter that excels in catch and shoot situations, but also had 20 and one's at Stanford in his JR year, so he will attack when given the opportunity. Combo Guard with PG size (6'2" but a 6'7" wingspan to help defend). Has good mechanics and a pretty smooth stroke.

Guess we will see how he translates to the club. If he can hustle on D and knock down shots at a good rate, he could earn himself a contract.

Looks good in the vids. I'm someone who's rooting for NBA teams to try out some dudes that didn't make it to the NBA yet but who deserves a chance. So can't complain with this move that's not a risky one and can be a good one.

If he can hit hoops at any point in the fourth quarter it will be an improvement over the current backcourt options there.

I like this, was scared that we would sign a washed up vet. Is Chasson Randle any good? I don't know. From what I've been reading he's an excellent shooter, lazy on defense, potential due to his 6'7 wingspan, somewhat undersized as a SG and lacks playmaking ability for a PG.

If he's a willing defender then he might have a future here. He's a different guard than TJ and Rodriguez for sure.

I love this simply after reading the knicks page and 60% of them are annoyed he's getting some time with us. The world is a better place with more ticked off knick fans.

But in all honesty, if he specializes on catch and shoot situations...just stand in the corner and wait for ben/biid to give it to you when they get doubled. Kyle Korver made a heck of a career out of it (not saying he's KK, but heck, 30% of KK is better than anyone else we got).

Glad they are still looking for talent in the D-League. Turn over every rock to make this team better. Gotta figure those guys are more driven too which can only help a losing locker room.
