Hopefully Russ behaves a bit better this time. Or at least let's hope a rookie pg doesn't frustrate him to the point of getting tossed.

Last time they prepped really well by blocking the spots where Russ loves to pass to teammates. Let's see how Donovan prepares against that.

Parsons start off by hitting ahis first shot and it's a tough one.

I'm sure this will be his "break out of whatever his problem is" game.

Parsons is 2/3 from the floor. Two of his makes have been tough, well-contested mid-range jumpers. The guy has sucked all year and he's looking like Houston Chandler Parsons early on.

All we're doing with Payne is what we had Semaj do. We're probably trying to ease him into it, but he's much better offensively than Semaj, yet Donovan has him doing the same stuff. No pick and rolls, just post feed to Kanter, or pass to a shooter next to him. We're not taking advantage of the upgrade that Payne provides over Semaj.

I agree with you long term. However I'm ok with them easing him into his role. Every athlete that I can think of that has come back from a broken foot has had issues-KD, Dez, Sammy Watkins...

Gasol with his patented, "back down, exagerrated shoulder throwback" move and it's a foul on the defense. Then Carter gets 2 FTs on a BS call. Refs going heavy pro-Grizzlies early in the second quarter.

We extended/kept our lead without Westbrook so far which is all you can ask of the 2nd unit
