Re: GMAT Winter Edition: Discussion
PG: Jeff Teague, Michael Carter-Williams
SG: Dwyane Wade, Isaiah Canaan, Glen Robinson III, CJ Wilcox
SF: Jimmy Butler, Doug McDermott, Paul Zipser
PF: Danilo Gallinari, Nikola Mirotic
C: Robin Lopez, Cristiano Felicio
Here is my updated roster. I've got a bunch of enticing expiring's. I'm probably most looking to deal Lopez and Niko. Would package my quality expiring's for an upgrade if someone is looking to shed long term salary of a good player. Wade is available.

Thx Ness especially.
Everybody cool with a poll system for playoffs?BdeRegt wrote:

I'll set up draft tomorrow. I was one person who is very against poll system for the playoffs and am open to running it to avoid the poll. It creates big problems going by poll in my mind.
If you want to run playoffs it would be cool!! Thx bro!

For any team going "all-in" that needs a quality third-string Point-Guard that is expiring and requires no salary to be sent back, Raymond Felton is available for close to nothing (a protected second round draft pick would secure him).
If you wish to make the most boring trade in GMAT history, contact Domejandro@gmail.com
As a side-note, J.J. Reddick is now officially off of the table, as I have accepted a deal that was finally the overpay that I was holding out for (yet one that is more than understandable given his roster). I'm waiting for him to post (he sent it last night and I just accepted this morning), but until then, good dealing mystery man!

I will post info on playoffs and drafts today.
And yes, I really wanted JJ. Only starting quality 2 guard in the league on an expiring contract.

Can someone approve trade 62 of Dame to Memphis? I think it just skipped over with all the other approvals. Don't want it getting forgotten.

Re: GMAT Winter Edition: Discussion
For playoffs, when trading stops tonight, please send me rankings of teams for seeding. However, I will not be waiting for people. At 8 AM PST tomorrow, I will post playoffs based on rankings I have received at that time. I hope people understand that seeding will be done as best as possible based on people's opinions and that no one is too upset if their team is higher/lower than they hoped.

It was huge overpay but when I looked through the rosters, he was honestly the only person in the NBA who fit what I wanted. I had to overpay to get him.

Re: GMAT Winter Edition: Discussion
Who owns the 2017 LAL first (4-30)?
I would like to contract you and Scott to figure out the picks - as in clearly the pick will not be top 3, so I can relinquish the 1-3 protection, In order to fix all future protected picks so we can all trade them.

It is obvious but you still can't trade based on it going until the draft in my opinion. Portland owns the pick now.
After trading stops, I will go through trade thread and figure out all 2017 picks and post tomorrow so have 2 days before draft to figure out any potential issues.
