Think I'll go Pau Gasol here and hope for the best.

Tough decision between a few guys here, I really vascillated especially on what need to address. Probably made the wrong choice but I just love this frontcourt pairing too much to pass up.

Shawn Kemp. We'll obviously need to find some spacing around our core but I have plans for that, Kemp and Hakeem are just a nasty interior.

Went back and forth between this guy and someone else. I like another 3 and D guy for low FGAs around Shaq and Kidd. He can start or come off the bench depending how the rest of the draft goes.

Well, Terry Porter's gone, which I'm grateful for cause I would've agonized over picking him cause he's awesome or not picking him cause I had him last game. Instead I'll grab a guy I've often wanted and never gotten.

Image

Brent Barry

So stoked he slipped to me. Clearly he's about to go as Christie and all those types are suddenly disappearing, but Barry's my favorite of that model. He's a really good passer and insanely efficient, fantastic shooter. Glad to get him.

After much deliberation, I've decided Thunder Dan is my guy here.

Image

He solidifies my perimeter defense and also cements my team as an elite outside shooting team that will prove very difficult to guard. Penny Hardaway won't face a double team for the entire length of the playoffs.

With the 60th pick in the 90s & 00s Fantasy Draft, ChicagoSportsFan21 selects...

Spoiler:
Mookie Blaylock-PG-Atlanta Hawks

Image

Blaylock should be a great playmaker for Wade/McGrady. He's an ELITE defender who is pesky/can get ton of steals defending opposing players. He brings spacing with his 3 point shooting too. He has low FGA, which helps as well.

Well, my team has 3 elite defenders at their respective positions, but only two of them can score. So, what my team needs is a guy who can score in bunches, while also being a pesky perimeter defender. Thankfully, I picked 3 guys previously who were all on low contracts, so that I could specifically get this guy. With my pick, I choose Allen Iverson.
