This guy is amazing. The GB owes the 76ers and Hinkle an apology.

One of the top five plays of the year right there.

No they don't. Just remember when the bandwagon comes, when the well wishers are here and they pretend like they knew we were going to be good. **** em. They were the same haters talking ****, pretending it was a ponzi scheme, with **** culture. Philly against everyone.
They say an analytics man doesn't have a heart, but I ran the numbers and nothing can be further from the truth - Sam Hinkie probably

9-7 now.
Going to be funny to see the difference with Okafor in there playing 20+ mins tomorrow against Washington. Be even funnier if it's Holmes that gets the minutes instead.

Beat them with Okafor/no Embiid before...

I actually hope Embiid adopts it, I think adding some flair besides long ass handshakes to introductions would be pretty cool.

I'm really hoping to get to a game this season.

Re: Joel Embiid -- The Process is now Live
Fun with basketball reference season finder:
Joel Embiid is currently averaging 7 FTA/G
The last 2 rookies to average 7 or more FTA/G:
Blake Griffin in 2010/11
Allen Iverson in 1996/7
No rookie has hit that mark on less than 30 MPG

Re: Joel Embiid -- The Process is now Live
Obviously ROY is a foregone conclusion at this point barring injury, but does anyone else think that Joel deserves legit MVP (or Embiid P lol) consideration? I already heard fans chanting it last night when he was at the free throw line. Only two rookies in NBA history have ever won it: Wilt and Wes Unseld. Don't get me wrong, it is extremely unlikely that he'll win this year, but given that we've already won more games this season than all of last season without any major roster changes aside from Embiid being healthy, and the extreme point disparity when he is on the court as opposed to off the court, all without Simmons BTW, I think it definitely should be discussed.

Only way he gets legitimate MVP consideration is if we actually make the playoffs, lol.

Re: Joel Embiid -- The Process is now Live
Well, this makes me feel better. In the article ESPN recaps Triple H's endorsement of Embiid for the ASG. They mention about his initial reply to Embiid's tweet, which we knew the direct reply was going to count as a vote for Embiid, but I wasn't sure if all of the retweets of his reply would. ESPN goes on to clarify that they will -in fact- count.

Zaza got a crazy amount of votes last year too. He finished 4th in western frontcourt votes, so if Kobe would of been listed at guard, he would of been in the starting lineup. Pretty sure he's the reason they changed the rules up this year.
Looks like its his home country of Georgia gets votes like crazy for him. I had assumed it was just some running joke

I think if Okafor wasn't on the team, he'd be a legit MVP candidate.

Just imagine if Cameroonians voted like Georgians do.

This is crazy. I know his usage is high but he does it within the flow of the game. This isnt like watching Melp iso-ball

well im the biggest embiid fan on this planet and i say, he dont deserve the MVP-title, until his team is a contender. even if we make the playoffs, its not enough to be considered MVP of the league. you have to win

Come on, man. An entire league exists outside the 76ers. Embiid isn't even a top 25 candidate.
