Wow, Jokic already with 24 at the half, Mudiay with 12pts and 9assists with ZERO turnovers.....guess ORL is back to tanking.

This team looks like night and day. Maybe all those days off to just practice and figure out a new plan helped. I'm skeptical, but these have been two great games back to back. When is the last time we said that this year. Jokic is leading the charge and everyone is falling in line behind him.

This game looked like a practice game, even the atmosphere and the size of the crowd looked like one. Can't remember the last time I watched a casual game like this one

Really feels like Jokic is learning how to dominate in games. It doesn't have the feeling of "taking over a game" yet, just he continues to produce with points, rebounds and assists to lead this team.

Mudiay had a real good game as well, a career high 13 assists playing more of the 2-guard position. Still hate that Nelson is taking Murray's minutes but he does continue to put up some (selfish) numbers IMO.

We're actually tied with POR for the 8th seed of the playoffs, being on a role feels rather good.

Enough with these early games while I'm at work haha. Watched the condensed version on league pass. That's the first time I've seen the good passing vision Mudiay since last year it seems like. No ones benefited from the Jokic breakout than him.

Maybe the trip and days off led to them figuring something out....maybe. Lot of minutes for the starters considering they play again tomorrow. Hate that Murray and Nurk are buried on the bench.

In this game the lineup
Mudiay-Nelson-Gallo-Faried-Jokic

has been great defensively (stats speaking).
Has played for 20min (of 48) with a exceptional DefRtg of 83.5.
I was sure that this lineup was outstanding from the offensive point of view (in fact OffRtg= 143.7) but I didn’t think it went so well defensively.

So maybe Malone is right to play Jameer instead of Murray or at least that Murray earns with the performance on the floor (as Jokic) the right to start.

Murray was rookie of the month when he got consistent playing time....I'd say he earned minutes

What does Nelson or Murray have to do with how the starters have done?

By the way Murray earned minutes when given touches and with his defense. He needs touches and regular minutes, and won rookie of the month the 3 weeks he got those touches and minutes.
