No. Not worth it if you're sitting at #1. Take the best player in the draft and keep moving.
I would definitely consider dealing them AB for Noel and the worse of their two 2017 picks though. I saw it proposed by a Sixer fan on the T&T board and I think the majority of their fanbase wouldn't be up for it, but as they continue to win it's looking increasingly likely that they end up with a worse pick than the Lakers.
It'd essentially be the Sixers betting on themselves in the 2nd half of the year with AB and Simmons being added to the squad that they'll end up as an end of the lottery team. If they end up in the 11-14 range it's a great deal for them. If they end up in the 8-10 range it's fair. And if it ends up being top 7 Boston gets a steal.
It all depends on whether we're
actually sitting at #1. If you're willing to gamble I think another spin on this could be AB & BK17 for Noel, Covington, Philly 17' and LA 17'
before the deadline. That pick looks great now, but there's still a lot of ball to be played this season. The BK 17' could easily slip to #3 (or another team could win the lottery). I'd roll the dice banking on it not staying #1 (Miami & Dallas scare me). Even if those two picks end up say, #5 & #9 I think it's a win. Yes, Fultz looks like a stud, but guys like Smith, Jackson & Tatum look like great players too. I think it could prove prudent to nab Noel now and then draft, for example, a combo of Jackson/Isaac (or really swing for the fences with Giles).
(There's also the long shot that either of those picks wins the lottery.)
