All you conservatives do is talk about p*ssies and dicks. You act like that's a liberal thing.

It's our deplorable nature.

We FINALLY agree on something. :)

President Donald Trump referred to African countries, Haiti and El Salvador as "shithole" nations during a meeting Thursday and asked why the U.S. can't have more immigrants from Norway.

Ha. All in good fun, hopefully we can soon focus on our upstart Wizards.

I was dead wrong about Porter, which I readily admit. Go Wizards, and umm (ducks) Trump. Maybe he proves others wrong as well.

Porter is looking like a young Tayshaun Prince lately.

I think today might be the start of a much better Democratic electoral turn out in 2018.

Not to rub it in or anything but Porter is already far better offensively than Prince ever was. Better rebounder too.

That being said, I didn't think the testosterone level in DC could possibly drop any further. These ladies and their male entourage have proved me wrong, by an exponential factor!

I don't mind being surrounded by estrogen. Why does vagina frighten you?

Holy sheit...doesn't trump's team have better things to do with their time? This is truly one of the pettiest, most petulant groups of people I've seen in my life.

I hope all you "forgotten, downtrodden" people who voted for Trump are paying attention to the laws he's already repealed. But I know you're not. MAGA and all that jazz

What was the "bad thing"? this is par for the course, the Interior Dept always puts these tweets and pics out.

No. This is about Trump not allowing Obama to establish new, enduring policies a week before he is out of office. It was a pure political ploy by Obama to cut fees to put Trump in position to have to raise them back. If Obama thought it was so important to cut those fees, why didn't he cut those fees 5 years ago? The notion that Trump somehow has pulled the rug out from under homeowners is laughable, and an indication of how biased the media is. Obama's policy has been in place for a week. Nobody has made any home-buying decisions based on it.

But fortunately, Trump doesn't care about politics as usual. He's going to do what he thinks needs to be done, politics be damned.

Got home a short time ago from the Women's March in downtown DC. Unbelievable freaking turnout! I attended the Million Man March and both Obama inaugurations. This may have topped all of them. And, yes, there were a LOT of men marchers.

I dunno, why didn't he cure cancer in his first term? Everything is a ploy or conspiracy with you. A $500 credit on your mortgage loan isn't a liberal agenda. For as populist and against the "elites" as you pound your chest to be, that $500 in the first year may not mean much to you but it helps low income families.

You're right though it's not politics as usual, there was no need to touch it so it's all political grudges now. And that to you, is what needs to be done.

I was at the march nearly all day today - great, memorable experience.

I will say I'm a bit jaded by the people I personally know who didn't even bother to vote yet showed up to the march for the sweet social media opportunity.

From watching his press secretary, Bagdhad Bob's first press conference, he also doesn't care about much of anything besides his image.

All they have to do is say "lieing media" or "crooked Hillary" and his supporters will follow.

Ok the inauguration crowd size is meaningless and trivial. But to stand up there and lie. We now officially have our very own " The Americans are not in Baghdad" minister of propaganda.

I honestly don't care about the inauguration crowd size controversy. The Obama inauguration was an historical event and it doesn't surprise me if the turnout was higher for him. However, the media is lying about the turnout for Trump. Read this article:

http://ijr.com/2017/01/783119-brit-hume-calls-bs-on-trump-and-obama-inauguration-pics-claims-theres-a-deceptive-trick-to-photos/

Here's the well-known photo used to make Trump's turnout look bad:
Image

But compare it to some other photos of Trump's crowd:

In Trump's inauguration, they had white tarp on the ground which made empty space stand out much more. And it appears that they sectioned off some areas of white completely.

Hey JWiz, remember that post where I talked about both Administrations pushing the industry to churn out those loans?

Do you suppose this was a good or bad law?

The FHA came under severe stress after the financial crisis. In 2013, it needed $1.7 billion from the U.S. Treasury, its first bailout in 79 years, due to a wave of defaults. To replenish the FHA’s coffers, the Obama administration several times increased the fees the agency charges. The law requires the FHA’s capital reserve ratio to stay above 2 percent, and the agency hit that level in 2015 for the first time since the bailout.

Both the Clinton and Bush Administrations played with the FHA in order to increase housing sales - how did that end for us? And who got burned in the end. It wasn't the 1%ers.

We forget so quickly.
