Rivers turns into Lincoln Hawk in the playoffs.
we would probably get both in the trade. Knicks aren't taking back crawfords contract.
But Rivers is not garbage. He has gotten a lot better since he came into the league. He defends a bit and shots over 40% from 3. He is getting better and better and only 24.
JJ I would ship off the another team like Milwaukee for another 1st rounder. Plus I want there 2020 and 2022 picks

only the knicks.
best asset that we're gonna gain is our own 2017 pick ending up higher in the lottery

He can shoot, defend, and create. He's been getting a lot better at finishing as well. He's impressed me this year.

Not saying we don't want him. I'm saying Doc will make him untradeable.
Chris Paul and Blake Griffin possibly being free agents this summer has to be more important to Doc. His son is still going to collect his checks.
Not like he is cutting his son from the NBA lol he is sending him to a very bright situation for a young player who needs the spotlight at this stage in his career

What the Knicks need is a true point guard to complement Melo and Porzingis and some defenses pieces around them. Along with a defensive scheme and coach that works.
Much easier to find a scapegoat instead of addressing the real issues with this roster
the real issue being they built a team around a player who's not a leader and doesn't care about winning.
