At 168 philly is gonna reach because it is a homer pick but we will go ahead and select Norm Powell.

Powell gets limited minutes due to the strong depth of the Toronto Raptors. However in the 9 games he has played at least 25 mins this year he has averaged 15.5 ppg and 2 spg on 45%shooting including 40% from 3. He is also an above average defender being called up on to guard Paul George joe Johnson and lebron James in the playoffs last year.
