There is a vast, vast difference between Drummond when he's locked in and when he's just going through the motions. I know he's not the most skilled big by any means, but as physically gifted as he is he can be flat out dominant when motivated.

I remember when I watched this game I was so hopeful Dre was heading down the road to superstardom. The Sixers sucked obviously but his activity and aggression were on point, and if he plays like that we are an entirely different team. So if the question is will he ever make another all star team, I'd say yes. Because at some point when you're losing and getting no individual accolades people forget about you, and Dre definitely cares about his popularity as a player.

What happened to this dude?!? He played with such bounce, aggression, and energy. His defense was even better. If he wants to stay in the minds of the fans he needs to stick to what makes him stand out, bringing aggression and power...wrecking havoc on the boards and shutting down the pain. And please get dude to stop doing that weak shimmy.

Dre seemed happiest on Team USA in 2014 where he could just run and dunk and never had a play written up for him given who he was on the floor with. Just worry about running hard, rebounding and cleaning up misses for put backs.

But he also wants to get paid $25M a season.

Drummonds horrible post up efficiency was already know by most. He should only get a post up if he is 5 foot away from the rim.

True, but seeing it in numbers is pretty depressing.

You do realise that Pop prefers his players to have other interests beyond basketball, right?

Makes them better people and allows them to focus on what matters.

Of course that doesn't mean showing up some of the time and only playing hard some of the time

Read books, study, read newspapers, go to the museum. These are the other interests, not being a 6'11" clown.

Dre is who he is at this point on the offensive end. If he's not just a strict rebounding machine/putback kind of guy, he's largely useless in everything else. That's why I always advocated on him trying to develop a short baseline jumpshot instead since he seems to know what he's doing when he's driving to the lane since he has decent handles.

If he's posting up, it's simple, he's killing our offense. It sucks that this is SVG's offense in action. Spread the floor out and give room for the bigman to do a quick hook. Problem is, those shots are actually hard to do and even prime Dwight had trouble doing this at times.

The sooner we end "turning Dre into Hakeem" project, the better off we'll be as a franchise.

It seems the entire league (writers) has figured out that Dre is a huge weakness and the main problem this season. I also agree you have to see what he can get on the market and bite if a good deal comes your way. (We all know this will never happen because SVG is under strict rules to have THIS TEAM downtown, Drummonds face is all over the new arena).

So, I truly think we're in trouble for the foreseeable future with trouble equaling mediocrity and maybe getting the 8th see before being baptized in the playoffs.

Theres literally no variation in his post moves. He goes to that **** hookshot every time and its predictable. Hes at least more serviceable in the post when he switches up his moves, ducks, pump fakes, faces-up etc.

I don't even care about this offence, its his defence that is the concerning factor.

I just watched Embiid highlights from last night and I'm ready to puke thinking about our zombie wimp center. The shooting, athleticism, power, finesse and clear love for the game is awesome to watch. Him pumping up the crowd in between free throws...just awesome and good for Philly.

With "center" no longer an All-Star position, Dre will never see another All Star game.

I had my doubts after Embiid was coming off of those back to back foot surgeries.

But no doubt, I trust the Process now. The guy is legitimate.

Yup I thought he was a bust and coming off that injury never would have thought he would be this damn dominate right out the gate.
