Griffin will see that his team's declining and how good our roster looks and sign here. Core of Dragic, Butler, Whiteside and Griffin? That's the best team in the east.

The Bulls will laugh at the offer unless it is a top 2 pick and even then i dont know. Griffin cares about staying in LA filming his commercials and getting paid his mega max. It is more than foolish to think with his injury history he would turn down a mega max deal.

The Bulls probably want to start rebuilding. A top ten pick in this draft isn't a bad offer and we can give them multiple expiring contracts. TJ also wouldn't be a bad pick-up for them. If we can't get Butler then we can try to trade our pick for another star. We could give Griffin a max contract but Millsap would be another great option just not a long term one. Signing Millsap means we got money leftover for Korver or Reddick and having either off the bench would be big for this team.

PG: Dragic, Anyone
SG: Butler, Reddick, McGruder
SF: Winslow, Okaro
PF: Millsap, Anyone, Haslem
C: Whiteside, Reed

Championship contender.

The Bulls would want multiple good assets like a top 3 pick and Winslow just to open any serious talks and that's with no assurance they say yes. TJ is a poison contract or are we forgetting that? We will need to attach picks to trade TJ since he will counting for over 20 mil soon, remember its a poison contract for a reason. Reddick is looking to command a contract in the 20+ mil ranges and since the Clips have his bird rights and cant afford to lose him watch him get that. Millsap is going to be signing for near 30 mil in his contract if i am not mistaken. Just no feasible way that could happen.

I wonder if Wade, Melo and CP3 can split 60 Mil

Two of those guys don't have rings, we have a great Big to play with them, and some nice assets to work with

I just have this feeling that Wade will be back here next season. I think he learned a lesson, and Wade strikes me as the type of guy who is humble enough at his core to acknowledge it. There is a lot of love there, our culture is more important that any youth movement. We are the team you come to, to win rings, we don't have to build teams through the draft like the poverty organizations

Bingo. But everyone thinks Waiters and Dragic are good enough to get us into the playoffs and attract a star.

If you're not a fan of Butler because you think he isn't great than you're nuts. The Bulls would be a bottom 3 team without him. You got to remember who he's playing with. Butler's the best SG in the league.

I like Butler, but for once like we did with Wade im in favor of drafting our own star and benefitting from it. We are always chasing other team's players.

Butler's maturity is an issue, but his current environment isn't helping. He'd do better here.

What are people proposing we give up for Butler? Justise plus this year's pick, and Goran to match salaries?

I think since we're under the cap(with Bosh salary off the books), we can just absorb his contract. So really we can give up our first + a young piece on draft night. If the Bulls bite, of course...

For Butler?

We can't match what other teams would offer. They'd match us and then some.

The LolBulls are going to sell high. It will take more than our first and a young piece for Jimmy. Probably those two things and Dragic. There's another disgruntled star player who could be had without gutting the team.

Cavs need someone who can handle the ball and make plays. Tyler Johnson has a bad contract and gets hurt too much. Perfect match.

If I'm giving up this years pick and Winslow, I'm not giving them Dragic too. They can have McRoberts and Derrick Williams as trade filler.

The Bulls can demand what they want. We should offer what makes sense for us. If it's not enough, we move on.

I don't know that it's not. Who the hell would've ever thought that we could get Shaq for some 2nd tier (or 3rd tier) players?
