Delicious, and very good for The Tank.

Must lose our next game against Mavs and Heat. We then look at solidifying 4th-5th pick position

While its fun that we are winning and talking playoffs, I also think its pretty sweet that the teams around us are all winning as well. Keeps hope alive for both the playoffs and the tank, depending on whether we keep this good stretch rolling or start to fall off with Joel missing more games.

We're 4.5 games out of a playoff spot but also only 3.5 games out of the 2nd worst record in the league. A TON of teams bunched together in the lottery. Should be a very interesting February to see who stays hot, and who either goes for it or tanks at the deadline.

Agreed. At the moment I can rationalize any event (e.g. Sixers or Mavs winning or losing) as a positive. Except Kings wins. They suck.

5 games out of the 7th spot. I can definally see us having a strong second half, even with Simmons on a strict minute restriction.

Sac down 20....looks like they could be in meltdown mode especially with the Cousin trade rumors. Sounds good!

Suns v Kings later this week ...

If the Suns lose, they consolidate bottom 2, keeping LAL at bay. If Sac lose, they move closer to bottom 5.

Only deal that makes sense is to boston for a BKN pick or two, other than that it would appear pointless bc of the swap.

Would love it for 76ers pov but would also be shocked if kings owner moves him for anything else/less.

I honestly don't understand why that deal hasn't happened already. As much as I don't like Boston or want them to succeed, he is the perfect fit for them.

Ainge saw how Hinkie ripped them off so he's trying to do the same.

DLo's back for Lakers. Hope that's good for them. Or should I say, us.

No chance. At least we all are on the same page and no one is still rooting for Laker losses. We all want wins.

With DLo back, they could string together a few wins. I know he is young and everybody talks about ceiling, but Ingram has been looking god awful over the last month.

DLo is 19th in RPM among PGs this year. Pretty good for a 2nd year player. Lakers are sure to be better now that they don't have to run Ingram at point.

I liked Ingram in college - perhaps I was influenced by the hype. I think he should play some D-League games to get his confidence up. He looks lost right now.

I'm not ready to throw in the towel on him. This offseason is massive for him to put on some weight. I think the skills are there, he needs to adjust to the speed and physicality. Fortunately for the Lakers, they shouldn't be in any rush to win.

However... they just pulled ahead.
