Huestis

Post#1 » by thor19 » Tue Jan 31, 2017 2:00 am

If we are not going to do a trade do you think Josh Huestis will need playing time with the thunder? We need to know if Huestis is a player this team need in the future, if he fill a role for the team? I say give him playing time over singler and morrow(they don't give playing time to morrow)

I'd like to try him with the starters while ones is out. Not that I think it will work but there's really nothing to lose. We aren't falling out of the playoffs and we aren't moving up with joffrey kanter as our bench offense.

We could pluck a 2nd for Morrow. Trade him and give his minutes to Huestis.

Guys what do you think of a lineup of Joffrey, Grant, Cam, Abrines and Huestis. Second lineup Cam, Oladipo, Huestis, Grant and Joffrey, put Abrines with RW floor spacing

Donovan and Presti's won't quit playing singler. They love his airball layups too much.

that something that drive me crazy, we have guy that play well some games and for other games donovan just sit the guy or give him 5 or 7 minutes of playing time. I say use huesti he is shooting better from the 3 point line that roberson

First game this month he's played more than 5, it would be giving Huestis abrines's minutes, which is dumb.

The fact that the staff appears to have no faith in the kid says a lot to me. You'd think if he were any good he'd have seen minutes by now. Not like we have an amazing small forward playing in front of him.

This implies you have faith in the coaching staff. That may be the only thing more foolish than having faith in Singler.

It's not even exagerrating to say Singler could be the worst player in the NBA. There is literally nothing to lose by giving Huestis his role.

Unless Presti wants Singler playing to save face on the five year deal he gave him...
