I think it's definitely the Jets now. Browns will at least have some young guys that might scrape a handful of wins late after taking some lumps. Niners should have hit rock bottom last year also. Keep an eye on the Cousins situation in Washington though. They've lost their two main weapons already and last yea'r's defense wasn't very good. If something happens with the QB, they will be trash.

Most probably the same like this year, my bottom 3 are the Browns, 49ers and Jets.

Update: Bears instead of Browns, they did solid business so far this off-season.

I'll still say the Niners but the Jets are going to provide some seriously stiff competition. That team is an absolute mess. Like that hasn't been the case for some time...

And I do think the Browns will be better.

There are many teams you can´t value right now. Bengals, Ravens, Redskins, ... are good teams with big lacks on some positions. They can win 10 games but I wouldn´t be surprised if they only go 5-7 W.
