8 minutes for Knight tonight. Oof. This one is going to haunt McD for a long time. I don't think we could trade him for anyone in the league right now.
Really wish we had Laker pick back.

I'm still convinced the Lakers will keep the Laker pick because "When the Lakers are good, the league is good"

Suns traded Mikal Bridges, Cam Johnson, Jae Crowder and 4 1st round picks and a swap so some Vegas Bookies would like us.

Yeah, biggest goof so far...second has to be not taking Harris or Hood instead of Ennis...we did not need a pg...whether he was trying to pry something from Toronto who apparently wanted him is unknown but probable, that he wanted to swap Ennis for their pick and pick up another asset, but Ujiri didn't bite and rumors are, we wanted Cabocle who was 2 years away from being 2 years away which is pretty much now. Oh well. He's made some good picks and good trades as well, and I hate no continuity and getting rid of players, coaches and GMs often for Sarver so hopefully he keeps this thing going and McD has learned from his mistakes.

We lost, and it gives us more hope for a top pick. For those in favor of that...

And I'm convinced that the lottery has been rigged once and only once.
Everyone should know the instance I'm referring to.

I assume you are referring to the 2011 draft after LeBron left Cleveland. I do believe in the frozen envelope theory from the Ewing draft though.

I thought maybe you were talking about the Pelicans when they were able to get Anthony Davis. I think most drafts with Stern were rigged. I think the last two weren't. Weren't the last two drafts actually filmed? I mean the ping pong balls part?

There's also Chicago landing Rose. The more you look at the past lotteries the more storyline centric the whole process seems.

The first lotto - Ewing to NY. The film strongly suggests it's rigged.
All others, no. A law firm audits the process and the teams themselves have a vested interest in making sure the lottery is performed impartially.

Only years I could find of the actual numbers being drawn, but since they've done it with these hundreds of number combos (1990-present), reps from all the teams and many members of press are there to witness. It's impossible to rig...how you going to rig 4 figure combinations?
