When are Hibbert & Hawes (sounds like a coffee importer) supposed to appear?

We have made 3 trades in 4 months. Each trade if you look at without any context is a home run.

The problem is the players we got in return are Michael Beasley, Tony Snell, Spencer Hawes, Roy Hibbert. Again no long term strategy or plan.

Divorce? Will? Bankruptcy? NBA drug policy violation? Call the law offices of Hibbert, Hawes and Henson. We'll defend you. We even defend corner 3's. Both kind.

ESPN says we waived Novak :(

Obviously not a loss talent wise but a hometown loss

Wow. Yeah. That really says something when you're winning trades but those guys are your prizes.

Wait, Charlotte gave up two centers. Are they sure they don't want Henson, too?

Just to nitpick, I don't think anyone can say the Beasley deal was a home run. We got a slightly less negative player for a totally useless player.

God, I really hope we don't Salmons the Snell deal. Get a solid SG in a contract year from the Bulls for good value and totally screw it all up by signing him in the offseason to a long-term deal.

Over / under on their actually being more to come this time?

We have a stupid # of centers but it wouldn't be the first time Hammond had a wildly unbalanced roster. Hell that was the case even before this trade as is.

As just a throw in? Like when you "call now" and get the second knife that can cut through a boot for free?

Kidd: "That **** Thon is playing too many minutes, hurry John, go get me two more centers I can bury him behind."

Yes, exactly.

We'll even go splitsies on his contract and send him with a bag of chipotle for his trip to Charlotte as long as we don't have to give up any draft picks.

(John Hammond hands Henson a bag of Chipotle)

"Do you know how far Charlotte is?"

(Hammond hands over another bag)

They have five centers on the roster.

One of Monroe or Henson is going before the deadline in three weeks if the asset coming back is right.

Since you mentioned politicians, Hammond is one. Like them, he solves problems, that he created and wouldn't exist in the first place. :)

Would love to see the team buyout Hawes next season. Bummed to see Plums go (Cannot stand Henson) but this was a good move to cut salary at the 5. Buyout Hawes and roll with Thon/Henson/Cheap Big next year.
