He's an excellent scorer especially from the bench.

Eddie Johnson loves him too.

I'm one of few who actually value PJ Tucker for the player he is and have no interest in trading him for shabazz. I've never got on this TJ train that most of you are on and never seen him as a must keep player. As of know I think we have 3 players we should not trade Booker, Bledsoe, Chriss, yet to see what Bender can produce. PJ brings it and is very valuable specially if we trade for Boogie and try to make a run for the playoffs. I like the idea of going after Boogie for asset because we just cant stalk up on young players year after year. At the end of the day we cant pay them all.

I'd be in favor of bringing Shabazz in. Warren hasn't solidified his spot in the rotation.

I've always been on and off about TJ. I've always thought he was a good scorer, and thought we could trade him for an upgrade. He doesn't have a reliable catch and shoot jumper and that makes me hesitant to keep him with Bledsoe and Booker. I think we could potentially package him in a deal with picks for an upgrade at the SF spot.

Thoughts on the following?

Bledsoe ($14m)
Knight ($12m)
Len ($5m)

For
Irving ($18m)
Shumpert ($10m)

We trade our bargain star 27yo PG for a market value star 24yo PG.

Irving, Ulis
Booker, Shumpert
Warren, Tucker (replaced by JJackson 2018)
Chriss, Bender
Chandler, Williams

Cleveland gets that additional playmaker they reportedly want and solidify their 9 man rotation.

Bledsoe, Knight
Knight, Korver
James, Jefferson
Love, Frye
Len, Thompson

LeBron signs off because he gets his buddy Bledsoe.

If you wanted, you could include NY with Melo going to CLE. But I don't think this trade needs it.

I love the offense, but defensively they would be worse than Lillard and McCollum.

I don't like even the offense. I think offense would be so stagnant with 2 scorers in Kyrie&Book. Kyrie and Booker's playing style don't complement each other as like as Bled and Booker.

They would probably want to add protection

This is how I see our strategy.

Plan A - Trade for Cousins / Butler / George (20% chance)
Plan B - Target FA Curry / Durant / Griffin / Hayward (5% chance)
Plan C - Draft with Elite Picks (75% chance)

Like maybe reverse protection. "You guys get our pick if it's top 5, but if it's outside top 5 it's ours." - Pat Riley

Who gets paid more on their next contract? Tucker or Shabazz? That'd be the swaying point for me, I'd prefer whoever is going to command less annually.

I'd be shocked to see Bazz get paid less than Tucker

How though?

Irving is a better shooter than Bledsoe...2 shooters is better than one.

Look at warriors. They have 3 great shooters.

Defense is only thing im worried about with Irving.
