Serial Cheapskate Dan Gilbert thinks deron williams can push Cavs to the top

The Cavs could take the trade route too, of course, and they are known to have inquired about the Dallas Mavericks’ bum who's lost his rotation spot to Yogi Ferrel, bitchazz deron williams. The 32-year-old, complete scrub is in the final year of his deal ($9 million), and it’s worth noting that Dallas has shown interest in the Cavs’ Iman Shumpert previously when he was a free agent (he’s owed a combined $31 million for this season and the next two, with a player option for 2018-19).

When it comes to NBA players who can draw a crowd by holding up a ‘Help Wanted’ sign, James may top the list. The asset-depleted Cavs are looking to buy low to fill their final roster spot, too, which creates a sliver of hope for anyone and everyone who believes they could fill this role.

Lebron should threaten to opt out of his contract this summer if they bring that sack of **** to Cleveland.

Imagine if Philly trades Simmons and Bayless for Jimmy Butler or Paul George?

Trade Okafor and Noel for a starting SG type on rookie scale and some bench pieces?

Sign Lowry and one of Millsap or Ibaka to big money?

Wow.

I don't do it. Simmons is going to be a multi category stud. no way.

But they are multi-category studs already, at the beginning of their dead primes, true 2 way players at the most important position in the game as of now.

I think Simmons will be really good, but he's pretty much position-less and me personally, not seeing some generational talent.

Philly is stacked and has enormous cap room. Embiid is that dude and he's only going to get better, though you have to wonder if he can last more than 5 to 7 years at an uber high level with his injury concerns.

Lowry
Khris Middelton or Wes Matthews or Terrence Ross type
Butler or George
Millsap or Ibaka
Embiid

top 6xth man, Okafor, another lotto pick and solid rotation guys

That's a legit contender.

I'm not going to argue whether or not that Simmons will be a generational talent, but I definitely see him becoming one of the best playmakers in the sport in a few years if he stays healthy and focused.

I remember i suggested signing Lowry many years ago and some laughed at me....

even when he signed with Toronto, i suggested a trade for him n DD... but everyone remained laughing.

I trade simmons in a split second for butler or george.

even if simmons becomes the next durant, its a good move. philly needs to minimize their risk with all these young assets. if they keep simmons and he DOESNT become the next durant it could be catastrophic for them.

the downside to butler/george is young become a very good instead of a great team.

simmons to me is just like the next wiggins. or at best paul george. take the sure thing. turn it around now and be good while also still have a ton of youth and lotto picks

What do you guys think about the Oakley ban?

That's like us banning Vince Carter.

It's embarrassing. The Nets should give Oakley lifetime season tickets since he represents Brooklyn Grit better than any player in Brooklyn Nets (not talking NJ) history.

If Heat beats 76ers, they will win 14 games in a row... and they will surpass Hornets.
They're gonna make the playoff...

Well...76ers won...
Most NBA stats aren't credible. At most times the people who interprets those data are biased, or the data themselves are flawed. Basketball is just too complicated with so many uncontrollable variables.

Holiday back to Philly? Cool I guess.

But I do think that such a deal would kill any chance we have at Noel.

hard to say. they do have saric and embid. Noel has said he will only stay in phill for the max, so he wont outright sign with them

would they match a max deal? maybe.
