The fact that this even needs to be said makes me sad.

exactly the reason you want a high lottery pick is so that you can draft a guy like booker.

If losing games means getting first half booker every night and winning games means getting second half booker, I will gladly sacrifice draft odds to see Booker beast the way he did in the second half tonight. Some want to have their cake and eat it too.

Hmm... You sure?

Drafted Len at #5

Drafted Booker at #13

Don't blast me - Devin Booker will be the best Phoenix Sun of all-time.

Gotta go.

If he's our no.1 player and we win a championship in the next 10 years he will be.

Hope so. KJ will be tough to beat. Nash and Barkley as well...not sure if you watched much of KJ or Barkley though.

Alvan Adams either...for a center, leading our team in assists for a long while very impressive. Others too...I never saw the Hawk play.

You also have Amare and Walter Davis, and many others.

Booker is impressive though...especially for his age. KJ in his second year in the league was better though.

Where Booker is at 20 years old, 2nd year in the NBA is insane. Why I'm confident in it is because he wants to be great. Also, he seems like a loyal kid. We are lucky to have him. This league is his one day. 13th pick in the draft, unbelievable.

KJ is my favorite Sun of all time, but he was a year older than Booker and averaged 7.4 points per game in hi second year. Devin has a chance to be an all time great IMO

Kevin Johnson...2nd year in league...20.4 pts per game, on 50.5%,12.2 apg, 1.7 spg. No one posts numbers like that in 2nd year in league.

For reference. http://www.basketball-reference.com/players/j/johnske02.html

Also look at 3rd, 4th, and 5th years in league...no one does that today that early...not even close.

Devin Booker - that's a bad hombre in the desert!!! :)
If and when we win any games here on out, it should be like this. Booker/Warren tandem, not the Tyson/Tucker...

And we're still good for a top 3 pick. Brooklyn first easy, us Lakers, Orlando for 2nd and 3rd...

What an awesome game. My voice is gone but was a great experience to check out the Suns/Kings at the new arena. Fans of the Kings were dope, pretty classy people. Even the people infront of me, the old gals were so nice. Booooooker! (Wish I could upload the game winner, want to turn it into a gif and post it) -- I was yelling like a little girl when he drilled it.

Not happy when we win but if Booker is going to get a game winner, I'm ok with it.
Maybe it'll give Cousins interest in us too.
And Knight wasn't too bad. Maybe the Kings would take him back in the deal as they do need a guard.

If we really want Cousins is for Cousins to demand a trade this summer ala Charles Barkley.

Just unbelievable.

Did he call board?

It was a crazy shot nonetheless lol... Banked off the corner of the square.

Ok relax there pal.

KJ, Chambers, Barkley and Nash are HOF or HOF level players.
Not to mention a few players before their time (and my time).

Marion, Stoudemire, Majerle etc are also up there.

Booker... If he continues to improve then he can be there too.

I love Booker and am excited about him too but he will have to be so much more than just a scorer (which is all he is right now) to be an all time great.

He's a willing passer though. (I think)
