Lots of players flop. The particular things Harden does seem to be particular to him. Like the death gripping of people's arms on a regular basis. And the laying on top of their bodies. Just to name two.

This specific play probably wouldn't have happened with another player, because this specific play required a unique level of ref baiting tomfoolery that only Harden has reached. Understand? This is not a flop, it's deception of the ref, and probably an unsportsmanlike play, but not a flop.
