This team outside of Russ is a steaming pile of s**t.

13-3 start to the second for Portland. They were down 24-16 after one, now they're up 29-27 just three minutes into the 2nd quarter.

Billy, just play Russ 48 minutes. His supporting cast is catastrophically, comically awful.
