Game ball goes to Robes this time, though Russ probably deserves it more. My namesake played his heart out on both ends.

It really is maddening. He missed a dunk, several layups, wide open 3.

Why are Norris Cole, Mario chalmers, lance Stephenson, and Kirk Heinrich all sitting at home while semaj and Cam are our backup point guards?
“If you're getting stops and you're making threes and the other team's not scoring, that's when you're going to see a huge point difference there,” coach Billy Donovan said.

Yeah it's weird, but you could give Andre honors for the last two games. Not good news for Victor.

I would love for them to take a flyer on lance. If they do a trade that sends a couple of guys out, they can bring him in on the cheap.

That I'll take 10/4 on 46% ts over 5/2 on 39% ts?

I'll take the chance of Cam pulling up out of his funk over Cole learning to be a competent PG or Hinrich holding together for another season.

It's not like cam would disappear. You send him to the blue and tell him he can come back when he's in shape/regained confidence/ learned how to do anything at an NBA level/ whatever. We'd just have an actual NBA player, albeit a bad one, playing until then.

And regardless of your opinion of him Cole is definitely better than any PG play we've had so far this season off the bench.

And Kirk would only have to hold it together for 35 games, not a whole year.

We wouldn't be selling anything, those guys are free agents. Cut your losses on single or semaj and sign them to the minimum. Or Hell, what's Ronnie price doing these days?

Price signed a 10 day w Phoenix. And they're not eating 15 mil of Singler.

We're eating 15 mil of Singler either way, that's a sunk cost. And if price is off the market then we're back to the other options.

Good job Presti giving Singler that contract.
Also good job selecting Payne with the lottery pick.

That's double trouble.

I will continue posting this until Presti hears me out:

Europe's best guard says that he wants to go the NBA and is an FA this summer. If Presti was able to pay 6mln for Abrines (who was earning around 1 million back then) I guess he could do something about this too.

Payne is shooting 33% at the rim this season. Ouch.

This team just can't shoot from outside so it will always be vulnerable in the modern NBA. Even if you play solid D you got to be able to score consistently. The other team is bound to make a run at some point even if you play really good D. You can't win with late game heroics every time. There is exactly one reliable 3 point shooter on this roster and he is a rookie who is so bad defensively he can only play in limited minutes. Grant is the guy with the highest 3 point percentage for the season, but he has a slow release and lacks confidence so he keeps passing on good looks from 3 in order to attempt his hilariously awful move to the basket. Oladipo is way too inconsistent from 3. Morrow apparently forgot how to shoot 3 pointers. Westbrook is actually just about the second best shooter from 3 on this team this season taking into account the type of shots he takes which says it all. Roberson shoots 24% from 3 and is playing 30 MPG.

Since December 1st there has been only 3 Thunder players who have shot over 30% from 3 - Abrines, Grant and Westbrook. Lauverne and Sabonis came down to Earth after their unexpectedly hot start of the season shooting wise. Oladipo is only at 30%. Morrow and Cam are at 27%. Roberson is at 19%. For the season the Thunder are 29th in 3 point percentage. 30th since December 1st. It's downright incredible that Russ is still maintaining a respectable TS% on a huge volume despite this horrid spacing.

Let's send this to Presti, please. It's amazing how Russ is dragging this team to ~45-48 wins.

Dipo 0/5 on open and wide open 3s yesterday. 3/21 since Kanter went down.

Out of 80 guys with at least 60 drives since the beginning of January, he has the 12th worst FG% on drives.

If he can't hit 3s and can't finish at the rim.... :banghead:
