Wasting time and flipping through LAL's schedule and noticed that their schedule over the next five weeks is cake. 10 of their next 13 are with bottom-12 teams--all are winnable if they have a good night--with 4 of them against bottom 5 teams (us, Pelicans, two against the Suns). I know we shouldn't keep caring about that and just let it play out, but thought I'd share the fruits of my procrastination.

If things hold, we'll only be 1.5 games behind LAL for 3rd. LAL will also be 1 full game ahead of PHX for 2nd.

Meanwhile, the Timberwolves continue their terrible play...

The Bulls (with no Butler) currently own a very large lead over the KANGZ. This potential win would wrap up a great Tank night.
