Yep I'm on the fultz/ball/Jackson then Markkanen train as well.

Jonathan Isaac offers so much more at the 4 than Lauri Markkanen, I would rate Jayson Tatum higher as well.

Yeah Isaac over Lauri all day everyday. I'd probably also take Tatum before Lauri. I just hope Isaac is available with our 2nd lottery pick (assuming we get it).

Embiid/Isaac/Simmons has potential to be a god-tier frontcourt on par with Parish/McHale/Bird.

My dream scenario is one of Fultz/Ball with our pick and then one of Jackson/Isaac with the Lakers pick.

Man you lost me at Tatum. Elite shooting is becoming more and mor valuable in this league.

they both are the most important players for their teams. they help their teams much more than hurt them with those few techs here and there

DMC ok, but Dray isn't even the second most important player in Golden State. And Dray was very helpful with his suspension in the last finals. Helped his team a lot, losing this Game and the finals, too.

You have no faith in guys who would be top 3 picks in most drafts? Also, Markkanen is nice but we desperately need more back court talent. Markkenen would be a little redundant.

Tatum should be a good shooter in time. He is only 18 and shooting 85% from the FT line. He has good form. He is the prototypical candidate to improve his 3PT shooting in the NBA.

Dennis Smith, Malik Monk, and Jayson Tatum all would have been a top 3 pick if they were in the 2016 draft, the 2015 draft, 2013 draft, maybe 2012, 2011, and maybe 2010. And I mean if one of them was in those drafts, obviously those 3 wouldn't hold the top 3 picks in those drafts.

2016 yes (but I think Bender is a much better prospect than any of those 3)
2015 no way
2013 absolutely
2012 no, beal was a better prospect than those 3 but it's kinda close
2011 yes
2010 no way

Thats pretty fair. I kinda disagree on 2015 because I don't see how Russell was a better prospect than Smith or Monk, but it doesn't really matter. I would still be happy with them though, but I'm hoping us/kings hit the lottery because I'd love Fultz/Josh Jackson.

Would love for a Minny upset against the Raptors tonight. We need some breathing room from them.

The issue I have with Tatum is the gap between the floor and the ceiling is too small.

Tatum has a killer first step and a good chance to be excellent defensively in addition to his already Pierce-like midrange game. There's significant upside there, not sure what's not to like. Does he just not look the part to you?

The Kings are awful, they will bottom out. Can't see them being better than the 6th worst team when the season is done.
