I could see phoenix going on a late season run, too much talent to stay this bad. Once Orlando trades Ibaka, this team will embrace the tank, could be looking at a top 3 pick.

I'd go all in. Only 1 game away from 3rd best odds (also could bump the Lakers) and 2.5 from 2nd. If the Magic can't find a blue chip player with a top 3 pick in this draft, then just fire all the talent evaluators and scouts.
