I don't know, I'll take boring over the publicity that the Knicks are getting lately.

True...at least Bo Outlaw isn't getting dragged out of the Amway

But, Man, they're tough to watch this year.

Might not be the worse, but definitely the least exciting imo....

'03-'04 is still worse, but that did provide a few crazy moments.

Win the first game. Lose the next 19 in a row. Doc loses his job midway through that streak, about a year after Horace lost the mutiny (his 2nd one in a Magic jersey) against Rivers in '02.

For as awful as that team was (Juwan Howard signing ruined Drew Gooden, Lue, Gaines, Hunter, but rookie Zaza and KeBo made the bad intriguing), and as much as McGrady took way too many games off, there was still some brilliance:

Christmas OT win over the Cavs where Bill Walton's color commentary is hard to forget.
Breaking the 19-game losing streak at home against Phoenix (I was at that game, too) where Giricek has a perfect game and I won't ever hear a louder 12,584 to conclude a game ever again: http://www.basketball-reference.com/boxscores/200312080ORL.html
T-MAC's 62-pointer, a 51-pointer, and quite a few more 40-pointers. McGrady still led the league in scoring that year.

As others have said though, this season is a lot more 'boring'. Other than 3 big road wins and the crazy double OT win in Miami, that's about it. Drama would be good right about now. We haven't had a great win at home this season.

At least Vogel is an upgrade over Johnny Davis. And our jerseys now are way better than the worst jerseys this franchise has ever had that were introduced in '03-'04.

This team is so depressed. The players come out of time outs looking like the "i dont want to be here" look. They got no will to fight. They are so dysfunctional, they dont like each other but they are such nice guys they dont say anything. Atleast if you gonna be dysfunctional be interesting. They can't even create drama to make it interesting. Not only do they play boring, their dysfunction is boring. Most boring team in Magic history.

This one is by far the worst to me....

Depends on where we finish in the tankathon. If we are outside of the top 3 and the Lakers keep their pick, it is the worst season in Magic history.

This is probably the least interesting, least entertaining Magic team I've ever seen. It doesn't help that it's coming at the tail-end of 5 years of "rebuilding", and that we're likely going to have to start all over again.

As others have mentioned, at least with the 03-04 team we had Tracy McGrady. We didn't know yet that he was on his way out, but we knew a top-3 lottery pick was coming in and that Grant Hill MIGHT be back soon, as well. We had hope.

Right now we have zero identity. The defensive guys we brought in don't play defense, and Elfrid Payton (who was good at defense), has given up on it as well. Its just a group of bland, boring, mid-level guys playing out the script until the season mercifully ends. I think we've got a lame duck GM in Hennigan, as well (barring a miracle trade). Bleh.
