Pelicans always seem so much better than what their record says.

We knock on Bledsoe for not being the alpha player who can carry us to playoffs, or at least wins, even while putting up huge stats. Wonder if the sentiment around Davis is the same in NO.

Well Davis did carry them to the playoffs one year, and last year they were ravaged with injuries, and then Jrue and Tyreke were out for much of this season. They have beaten the Spurs and Cavs in the last few weeks.

The 2015 Pelicans had me thinking we would have won a playoff series by now. The team is their record, no luck to blame this year. Disappointing.

Well, Jrue being out because his wife had a brain tumor and Tyreke with a blood clot, basically your 2nd and 3rd best players...that's pretty unlucky to say the least.

Frazier played well for awhile but there just isn't enough talent with those guy injured and Gordon's recurring injuries last year...wasn't Anderson injured too? Cousins had more talent and never got anywhere, whether it be IT or Gay or whoever, but of course doesn't have much now.

By the way, of course feel free to post in our game thread tonight....along with any other Pelicans fans you can find.

What is this, the 35th time the Suns and Pelicans have played each other this season?

I love the no hesitation catch and shoot from Book. Who cares if it was a bit contested. That's the shot to take.

Book to Chriss, we are going to hear that a lot. Twice in the 1st quarter.

I miss adams too. Didn't he become a commissioner of the league or something?

Bledsoe has gotten so good at drawing fouls.
