You just can't have Westbrook's jersey hanging in the rafters and then have Durant's next to it.

I'm afraid they'll eventually retire his number. If we go into rebuild mode and become the Sacramento Kings for 10+ years people will end up really sentimental about Durant and those teams. Retiring his number will be some small way to remind yourself of something of the good ole days, when we were THREE WINS FROM A RING!!! (Argh, still kills me we couldn't get those last 3 wins).
