You must be young. Watch some ASG's from the 2000's and tell me there wasn't any defense or guys didn't actually try to compete to win in the 4th quarter. That's what made them special...not just a layup drill line the whole game.

But why did Cousins only play 3 mins?

He's getting dealt pretty obvious.

Followed some of it on my phone. Even with Davis getting up his shots and playing well Boogie could have played with him. Really weird he only played a few mins.

2 minutes for the best Center in the game is shameful on Kerr's part

You don't even need to look that far back...2010-2014 all had very competitve fourth quarters. The overall scores were still higher than the early 2000's due to generally no defense being played in the first 3, but in the fourth everyone cracked down in every single of those games. The past two years have really been on other level in terms of a lack of effort. Atleast last year the game was never really close....this year was just ridiculous.

Jacking up mid range jumpers in full brick mode in the ASG is not a good look.

He shouldnt even be allowed in the country.

And if the game is in Canada he should be temporarily deported.

loooool no not that hard, but---Derozan of anybody tonight looked like a person you really want to know what makes them an all star. He completely took away from the game for the East with non stop broke jumpers and missed layups.

Goodluck to Embid , Gobert and Whiteside ever getting a gig in 1 of these games - no defence allowed it seems.

Westbrook is such an awkward mofo lol. That interview was so weird, he just sat there and laughed at the Italian guy trying to talk english.

just wanted to say that giannis and embiid are the most fun to watch players in the league.
Giannis proved it tonight, embiid would have done the same.

The final score is the reason I haven't watched an all-star game for 30 years. Pathetic. If they're not going to try to play any defense, why even play the game? It's actually a disgrace.

That game was horrible to watch. Absolutely no effort on defense. They need to make it so the winning side gets home court in the finals. Nobody gives a fuc/<.

I know if Kobe were there he'd bust some heads and get guys to play hard.

better yet, the team that wins this should just get the NBA championship. Why stop at home court?

Probably a request on part of the Kings. Didn't want Cousins to get a freak injury.

This game has really gotten bad compared to 10 years ago. It's pretty noticeably different.

You do realize Giannis just dropped 30 as a starter and is one month older than Embiid and less than a year older than Jokic and KAT. Just over a year older than KP.
