You obviously wouldnt cause you believe OK4 has value.

I would be on the fence with this trade. I could go wither way but, I like the idea of having 3 unprotected lottery picks in a draft that so guard and wing heavy.

How can we end up with 3 unprotected picks this year when we have a swap with the Kings?

And they just traded Cousins for Hield!!!
They will lose a lot the next 2 months anyway

Did you read my whole fantasy trade or just the OK4 for Collision part?? Ill post it again please read

Sac out - Collision, and their 1st round pick THIS YEAR unprotected
Sac in - OK4 and the 2017 pick swap extinguished, and the Kings 2019 unprotected pick back

Philly in - Collison, Kings 2017 unprotected 1st round pick
Philly out - Ok4, 2017 Kings pick swap extinguished, Kings unprotected 2019 1st

So Philly would have the LAL pick (outside of top 3), THIS years Kings pick, our OWN pick this year.

That is how we would have 3 lottery picks this year. Forget Collision or anyone else on the Kings. ITs about giving them their pick swap AND their 2019 pick back to get the Kings pick THIS year

A lot of teams could have likely offered more, I think we could have, but they accepted this because of Buddy (lol).

I don't think there are two people who evaluate talent more differently than me and Ranadive.

Stauskas? Hield? Really?

Stauskas was a significantly better prospect than Hield, but I agree that Ranadive seems to massively overvalue that archetype.

Hate this. This basically lets us keep the worse of us and Sac this year. I'd rather have 2019 unprotected.

Older college shooters. Stauskas did have a more versatile skill set, but in the end, he was alluring because he was 6'6 and shot the three ball very well.

I think I read an article that Ranadive is obsessed with the Warriors and probably wants to implement that style of play. Good luck finding Steph!

The problem isn't that they are older when they get drafted, but that they're older when they break out. Stauskas was younger and was fairly good as a freshman. Hield was pretty much a non-prospect until his junior year.

Agree. Bad tweeting for her to say the deal was similar to the one BC turned down. They are actually nothing alike. The Sixers would not get a 17 pick this year.

Just more garbage journalism for clicks. She might as well have said the Brooklyn 1st is similarly valuable to the Clippers 1st this year.

I guess we gotta hope for Boston to work out a trade for Jimmy Butler first. Then we can try to scavenge one of Boston's assets from Chicago.

Okafor and Sergio to Bulls
Stauskas, MCW and McDermott to Pels
Ajinca, Poindexter, Cunningham to Sixers

Picks from Pels and Bulls.

If Butler is on the market, I hope BC is all over that.
Even only to rise the price Ainge is going to pay to secure Jimmy.

I take back all the bad things I've said about Demps. Based on this trade, he must have Jedi powers.

Assuming the previous rumor is true about the 2018 having top ten protection this trade is actually a whole lot worse because the NOP are only 1.5 Games out and are going to make the playoffs. This pick isn't even going to be lottery.

Return to Philadelphia 76ers
