It would give LeBron that missing playmaker he's been yelling about needing for the last month.

I think that's likely. Collison is on the block though.

Would like to find a move for Collison/tolliver/mclemore.

Reminder that westbrook and Collison played together in college.

I think Tolliver's been not good, but have to check. Agree on the rest.

I'm just still shocked, this is the worst trade I remember.

7/4 on 60% ts, 39% from three. Basically been the exact thing we need in terms of low value guys. He's also a well respected and liked guy around the league for what that's worth.

Davis/Cousins will need the right guidance and leadership in order to propel New Orleans into an elite team. Formidable front court but will definitely need work to get to the top.

How can we get rid of Singlers contract?

Damn, seriously, I wonder if Presti was ever involved in the Boogie Cousins talks at all? You'd think Kanter and a 1st might have been at least appealing compared to what they got. I know its a rental but gosh. That's an All Star New Orleans just got for a rookie who has had a up and down season and a first. Pretty crazy.

(also, Vivek is just bound and determined to get that illusive SG isn't he?)

We don't have a first round pick to offer. Even if we did, I don't think Presti would consider bringing Cousins the OKC. Everyone is praising this move but Cousins is a headcase. He is really the only star that I'm not sure if you want on your team. The only way I see Cousins succeeding is if he teamed up with a player like Lebron who could keep him in check like MJ did with Rodman.

As a fan of the NBA, I like his move. I'm glad Davis wants to stay with his small market team. I'm also glad they appear to be putting around a great team around him. I don't think Gentry is a great coach though.

Gotta have a first to be a player in this market. No rebuilding team is going to wait 5 years to see the return.

Would not be surprised to see Paul or another star guard sign with New Orleans.

He wasn't, couldn't have been. 28 teams can beat that offer. Kangz loved Buddy. They're that bad.

What's the excuse for the other 25 teams?

Kings might be the only team dumb enough to take Singler

FWIW, Ranadive was the only owner in the league to go to Hield's pro day. They love him.

I like Buddy, but not that much.

One thing to note: their guard rotation is basically nonexistent right now outside of Holiday and Frazier. They have to shore up their guards and wings.

They're probably signing Quinn Cook from the D-League, which would give them 3 PGs and basically no SGs unless Hill can play the 2. They need shooting guard help.

EDIT: Oh, man, I completely forgot Moore.

Could they be a potential landing spot for Oladipo?
