He didn't say Knight will be traded though:

That does make sense and isn't insider news. Just his opinion.

He suggested Cousins' people aren't happy which, according to his agent, he's not. His concerns are valid and he'll have around 25 games to determine if this will work (this season).

From what I've heard, ray ray has been right in the past and provided the mods proof that his sources are legit (or else he would have been shot down as credible long ago).

If you aren't a fan of what he's discussing, that's fine. No need to rip on the guy though.

I agree about Tucker. I'm predicting he goes to the Wiz. I think we trade Barbosa too and then sign Price for the rest of the season to backup / mentor Ulis.

I didn't rip on him at all, I called out his annual bull like I always do. I've been on this board since 2007 and never seen him call a trade to my memory. Just a lot of loose ends and "things can change, don't nail me to the cross." It's funny to see everyone poop on Gambo, you know, the guy that actually has people in the know and puts his name on the line yet we take rayrays word like its shot out of Jesus's ass straight from heaven.

If someone can come up with a factual post and timeline that proves rayray has called anything in the past 5 years I will change my Icon and signature to that of your choice untill the 2018 trade deadline, and never speak of his name again.

Funny that the Kings moved Cousins against his will (costing him $40 mil in the process) and then waived Barnes. Seems like management is cleaning up the problem children.

Right now TJ is the better player. But I'd imagine McDonough wanted to roll out a Boogie/Chriss/Bender front line.

Yeah I'm kinda gettin that feeling too. We'll see if anything comes out from our front office about it. Just feels like Booker would be 'the guy' for the Kings since he has a million comparisons to Klay Thompson (however accurate or inaccurate those are).

Booker will be better than Thompson. I see Booker as the next Kobe. I'm glad McD didn't do it. Time to trade Bled and fire up full Tank mode. Let's get Fultz, no Ball please.

Yeah I reckon I'll throw my hat in the tank ring now. I've been a non-tanker since we lost Amare in free agency but we haven't done jack **** since. We're not winning with Bledsoe and nobody will sign with us because we didn't get Cousins. George, Butler and Wall have absolutely no reason to consider us in free agency. I can see us sucking for another three years at the very least. It's time. We have Booker so let's commit to him and the other young guns.

If the Kings don't even want Knight as a throw in in the deal you know he has little value.

He might hold some value to some teams, but lets be real, The Kings already have Lawson and Collison at the PG spot, the last thing they need is a $14M a year 3rd stringer. They just didnt want to be saddled with paying an extra $14M a season for the next 3 years to a player that they really dont want or have a need for.

So in other words, Knight has good value? Not as good as Lawson or Collison but good value? To who?

I would take Knight over Lawson/Collision. Plain garbage versus hot garbage.

Hield has had some good games, but he's not as good as Wiggins, Booker, or even LaVine. He's only shooting 40% from the field.

I'd take an unprotected Suns lottery pick in this draft over both Hield AND a top 3 protected Pelicans pick that has a very high chance of being 9-16.

Add in TJ Warren and it's an even bigger no-brainer!

It's a shame we didn't involve a 3rd team to take Knight or Len and send back assets to Sacramento. Example: We ship Len to the Warriors for McCaw and a 1st rounder and flip both of those to the Kings. The Kings get another 1st rounder and another chucker who played in the Warriors system.

McDonough probably thought he didn't need to do any extra work. He probably thought..."No way the Kings are this stupid."

If Boogie doesn't resign, this could be one of the worst trades for both teams of all time.

It doesnt matter what the Suns offered, because it's what they didnt offer......Hield. If the Kings were so fixated on him that they were willing to trade Cousins for him as the main part of the trade, there their probably wasnt anything that we could do to trump the Pels offer.
