Lakers, Bulls in trade talks

Post#1 » by Jon Snow » Mon Feb 20, 2017 8:05 pm

I don't know if this guy is credible but its worth a topic.

REPORT: Butler is involved in the LAL - Bulls trade talk. Lou Williams, Jordan Clarkson, & Julius Randle have been brought up - MCW as well.

Yeah from what I remember, he was with WWE before Lol. He brought up the Jeremy Lin-Jordan Hill for Joakim Noah trade talks but that was a bogus. I'm not sure but with the trade deadline coming, let's see.

Fake hustle. Our team is always in trade "talks" but never pull the trigger during the deadline.

Lock the thread. We're not trading for Butler.

Has Jason McLaed confirmed this story?

He's been fairly quiet these past few years.

I have my doubts about this, as we're not hearing anything about the Lakers from Chicago media.

On a separate note, out of curiosity what would it take to acquire Lou Williams? Could he be had for something like McDermott & Carter-Williams or Mirotic & Jerian Grant or would it cost a first round pick?

It's funny that you ask this because I personally want the Lakers to get a 1st rd pick for Lou Williams to provide Lakers ammo to make a run at Butler during the off-season.

I would do either of those deals if I was the Lakers. Maybe a heavily protected future 1st rounder or something added on.

As far as this guy starting the rumours, he's contributed fake Lakers/Bulls reports as well.

We control Williams longer than Young. I'd think Young could be had for less than a number 1 but I think they will just keep Williams unless we can get a mid first rounder or so.

as in that mike adamle.

yeah get Randy Orton out here to give him an RKO, then Undertaker to give him a tombstone, then maybe have him get run down by some tag teams too for good measure.

Either way if they agree to Butler for Randle, Clarkson and Williams we'd have pulled off the 2nd best deal this trade deadline period and to be honest. with the kings its possible.

That would be number one, imo. Butler has more value than the oft-angry Cousins, and Clarkson and Williams have late first value. There is no way they would accept that. It would have to include DLo or Ingram, and possibly a pick.
