Reggie is probably worth Rose and a future first lottery protected. But if his whole team called him out that makes me wary.
WTF are you smoking dude ?
Some good **** but my point is that Rose doesnt really have value in this league other than a salary dump. So if we're talking about Jackson you'd have to add more than just him. So a pick would be in order.
If that's not what you wanna do then you waive him now or let him expire. Options Im all for. I was just stating what we'd probably have to pay to get Reggie

Every team is waiting until the day of the deadline because they don't want to pay the least amount of salary and or trade kicker..

I understand your thinking but I want to point out two things:
First) While Rose might not have much value right now, there is an asset that we can acquire for him.
Second) Is Reggie Jackson, who would be coming on his second year of an 80mill dollar deal the answer?
I think it would tie us up for future deals in the summer. Jrue Holiday is somebody we are big on, I think also need to hold out hope on CP3 but more realistically, Lowry.

40year old oft injured CP3. We need to find our guard in the draft. Full tank

Why? Because "As it has been done, so it shall be again." For many Knicks fans, this has been a truth for their entire lives.

Jennings could stay, but I wouldn't mind trading him. Rose is more of a must trade

also cp3 is friendly with charles oakley so safe to scratch his name off the list.
rather get the young version through the draft in dennis smith anyway. our experience with the banana boat boys hasn't exactly worked out in our favor. move on.

Never thought I would see the day where I defend Brandon Jennings...
Dude is on a 1-year 5 mil contract to be a back up. He is basically our Chris Childs this season. He plays with heart and energy which is more than our 20M dollar point guard.... Jennings for 3 years 45 Mil, no thanks, Jennings for essentially the MLE... that's good value.
Gotta stop getting pissed at good 2nd string talent that are paid to be 2nd string talent for not being 1st string talent....
in the 90's were y'all trippin over Rick Brunson's numbers?
