I've been on the Melo train since he said he'd come here.

He'll be cheap.....we get to keep almost all our major assets including the BK picks and maybe we get KOQ in the deal too....and we have a 2-3 year bridge/window to the future of Brown, Smart, Bk '17, BK '18....

Amir, Zeller, Rozier, Young and as many non-BK picks that we need to make it work for Melo and KOQ.

Has to be more than Melo to draw the kinds of tweets we have seen from Isaiah and Jae.
After passing on boogie, its hard for me to envision us taking on Melo unless he's coming hella, hella-cheap !

Used the Wayback Machine to look at Jae's Twitter. He never had a Celtics banner in the first place. Twitter is a cruel cruel world.

Switch out Bogut for Tyson Chandler, and I can get on board.
Along with his more obvious attributes, Chandler is excellent in pick and roll.

Because in addition to robbing us of max cap room potential this summer, Melo's 2018-19 salary will murder this entire rebuild dead if he opts in, which he probably will.
