Do it now before they go for Lopez.

It doesn't actually say that but whatever.

Okafor is pretty redundant in Indy with Al Jefferson. Really not a great trade partner...

I suppose you can infer it since in the same article they are willing to move their 1st for help and one of the names they are looking at for said help is Jah.

But they're really just connecting two separate reports. Sure, you can make that inference and it would be reasonable but I disagree with the other guy's characterization that it says they would trade the 1st for Jah.

I'm surprised even though he is a RFA that there hasn't been more Noel rumors. He's much more a functional NBA basketball player at this point and can help a team like Min/Boston/etc....where has Jah is a complete WIP and wouldn't help any team in the state he's in.

Might just be that we plan to keep him...

They certainly seem far more motivated to move Jah.

Not with the Lakers pick still in play. The big question is:
Will Magic move Lou-Will to go into a full tank? The second
through fourth spots (Phoenix, LA and Orlando) could go down
to the wire.

What do the Lakers have that we want though? Surely Magic isn't going to give up Ingram or Russell even though they both kind of suck they have been better than Okafor..well at least Russell has so far.

Clarkson and ????...we have their pick either this year or next.

Ingram really hasn't been, but he has more potential, they're obviously not trading him.

Should just test the waters, see if Magic is as out of touch as Vlade.

If they offer clarkson you have to take it and run. I don't even like clarkson.

Good lord can we hire Hinkie back for a 2 day consulting gig? The Lakers are ripe for fleecing.

I wouldn't take Clarkson for Okafor. Clarkson peaked in his rookie year and has a bad contract ($12.5M/yr for 3 more years after this one).

Hinkie would be blowing up the phones to Magic and Vlade right now.

I wonder how many Jah rumors are actually being floated out there by BC himself?

That's not a bad contract anymore.
