Biz is fine, he'll look better on a more balanced roster with more scoring. That's the main thing, similar to Payton who's lack of shooing is highlighted by the teams lack of shooters. Bizmack's lack of offence is highlighted by the teams lack of offensive options. Bizmack should be kept unless a trade that is a step forward is going to happen. What would we do with the cap room anyway?

paying a player the money that Biz is getting, he shouldnt have such glaring weaknesses. his being any semblance of an offensive game
