He is going for the offensive rebound thinking Ross is going to shoot it. He waits for Payton to suck in the defense and pass it out to him.

This is the stuff that works well with Bizmack. We tend to move him out to the free throw line and give him the ball. Doesn't really do him or the offense any favors.
