The trade deadline has done nothing for me to switch me one way or the other, but every second he has till the end of his contract will allow him to a chance at a panic job-saving transaction.

Does everyone remember the dwight trade. He could have gotten used Andrew Bynum or brook Lopez in that deal. We don't need to discuss bynum. Lopez puts up some decent numbers but is the best player on a team that is worse this year than any year in our rebuild for like 20 million a year. He's(rob) really not that bad. His draft picks haven't all been flops. They're still young. Have a little faith. For a team without much leverage his trades have worked out pretty good. His draft picks have yet to produce a superstar. Maybe it's us fans that live in a world where we get guys like shaq, penny, and dwight as soon as a rebuild starts that don't realize how lucky we've been to not endure losing seasons searching for a superstar to build around. Where exactly was that player that he missed so badly on in the draft? Elfrid, ag, and mario are still young. He knows that just as well as we all do. Lastly the free agent signings. Of course they haven't panned out. No one truly capable of contributing to a championship team is going to sign with a team in the midst of a rebuild. He's added vets and overpaid them every year. Not to provide depth. Not to contribute anything substantial to our on the court presence. Just simply to be in the locker room and on the practice floor with the young guys. He's got another year on his contract. Let him finish it. If he misses with the offseason moves and we don't improve next year then it's time to go. For all the roster changes and coaching changes in the last few years we could use a little stability. Imho.

I don't think he's done a bad job.
But nearly 5 years into the rebuild, how close are we to being a consistent PO team? How many starting positions are locked down by "core" guys?

I voted no because I think Terrence Ross will bust out like T-Mac, Mario will turn into Kobe next season, AG will be looking like Lebron when he's 25, people will be talking about Elf's 3pt shot transformation improvement in the same breath as Jason Kidd's, and Vogel will turn Vucevic's defense into DPOY. Not to mention Biyombo will be Ben Wallace, Fournier will be Ginobili, when Henny drafts Frank Ntkilinia he will deliver us a superstar!

Skin I love it. Your sarcasm is way better than the constant negativity. At least this makes me laugh. I can tell you I will jump ship and join your side if he drafts Frank Ntkilinia

his draft picks havent been flops, but they havent been good either. He did the best he could with the Howard trade, then gave away Harkless, OQuinn and Harris. then fell for and overpaid Biyombo, fell for fools gold in CJ Watson, Jeff Green.

It's a case of being spoiled I guess. When you're used to getting stars to play for your team like you stated, I guess it becomes expected like a routine. Unfortunately Rome wasn't build in a day and neither is patience is mastered in a matter of minutes. Unfortunately it's easy to get caught up in the sports fanaticism when you want your team to be successful at all cost. I won't lie, I want this team to be successful as they can be. However, no more of this jumping the gun trades like we had with Serge Ibaka and the delirious rumor known as Reggie Jackson(Thx God!) That said, I want this team to develop better leadership and accountability so these guys can start on the right track to become better players in the long run .Regardless if they become nothing more than solid contributors,, All-Stars, or Superstars, Do better as players in the league! Get beyond your attitudes, your self entitlements, and your weaknesses. Develop your strengths, support each other, and do a better job competing on both ends of the floor. If you want success in life, you better fight like hell for it. No one else will!

I can't believe there are people still voting for no.
Tobias, Dipo our 16 first round turned into Rose. lol Bismack is doing the similar thing like Dedmon with probablly trippled price. 5 years in tanking and we still hoping for a worse record and a top pick. ROFL
Name a single thing make you think Hennigan is a good GM?

So does GM Hennigan max out all five ?

Do you think Rob Hennigan deserves to be fired?
A time-frame is useful. Do you mean before the season's end? Before the draft? before the start of next season?
These are quite differing questions.
I voted No, assuming this means the season's end. There is no need for Orlando to have a new GM. And as I said before, if last season Orlando could have traded Oladipo straight up for Ross, that would have been a deal that balanced the roster.
..

Werent we offered 4! first round draft picks from the Nets (one of them being potentially a first overall pick this year). Im not saying the same situation would happen if Howard did go to the Nets as whats happened to the Nets now, but I believe they could have been just as bad this year. Deron Williams is garbage, and Dwight would more than likely have bolted last offseason at best.

So, people are still praising Henny for choosing 1 out of 2 offers for Dwight. That is like a coin flip. People praise Henny for Harris when the Magic traded a Starter for a backup. Nobody knew Harris would break out. Those 2 deals were 4-5 years ago. What has he done since? And, any GM whose best skill is to lose for 4-6 years straight being one of the worst 3 teams in the league praying to WIN a superstar in a LOTTERY to make them look good is not really a good GM. Henny had his chance and failed miserably.

Provin Ya'll Wrong!!!

3 hours a day? More like 15 hours a day
