No one really knows what the decision making process is with regard to the roster, but I would assume that there is a vetting process on every potential roster move.
The Magic organization is great from top to bottom from a community standpoint.
The problem though ..... is that they have never been able to figure out the people thing.
That's all fine and dandy, problem is, is that he forces his way into basketball decisions. We have a GM for a reason. You do your job and let the GM do his.
