If you look at last night's game, we didn't look that bad and sustained a lead for most of the game. But the Blazers have not one but two of what we dont....all star caliber players. We can stock up on as much talent as we want but having an all-star player gives you a better chance to win every night. Lillard was proof of that. He did what all stars do....close games.
NYK has Porzingis out....and they are terrible. WE play them twice coming up and I expect to win those games. We also play Brook two more times. I think its going to be a fierce race til the end and we are gonna end up with the 5th best odds. Philly will prob keep Embiid out for the rest of the year with Simmons ruled out too.
This is what I fear. Im hoping we at least split with the New York. We will beat the Nets both times. We will beat Philly, hoping we at least split with the Hornets. We wil beat the suns. Whats gonna hurt us more than anything is winning games we shouldn't. Im nervous about this Hawks game coming up. We can't afford any upsets we need to lose the ones we are supposed to lose and split the ones we should win. If we do that we should be ok. I just wish our front office was wiling to to all in on the tank like others are doing.
