Hmmm, I'd lean towards the one of the two that was black...with full sleeves... and 6'10... and 200lbs...

If they both are... I assume one is Chris and the other is Larry Sanders. I tell them It was nice meeting two NBA players... then buy them both a sandwich and move on with my day

That's a cool nickname too. You've been an enthusiastic no-holds-barred supporter of the kid here, Nat. So if he flourishes you get props.

CCJ too of course. But, really, w/ him it's kind of automatic -- likes every young underdog!

BTW, What type of production would we need out of CMC over the next two years of his rookie deal for him to be worth it?

Muscala? Mike Scott? KOQ? Jason Thompson? Darrell Arthur?

McCullough has way more athleticism than Smith. He wouldn't flourish in that role. He's also pretty skilled. Question is focus, strength,

I recommend watching the video breakdowns of his strengths & weaknesses at draftexpress. They give you an excellent idea of the kid. You'll love the "strengths" analysis. The "weaknesses" breakdown... not so much.

Kind of reminds me of keef with actual length. He has legit shot blocking potential. I'd like to see him play some this year.

From what I've seen of his footage, the kid has talent but is way too skinny and not yet physical enough to go far in the league. He needs to be working out with Kieff every day, before practice, after practice.

I'd love to see him play some this year as well. I'm less worried about his shying away from contact than I am about his skinny body's ability to be effective through contact.

& I don't see how this 200 lb skinny kid can remind you of Kief... unless maybe you mean his jump shooting form. Though I don't really see that either.

During a 2/28 segment on the Junkies, Buck trotted out the first (semi)official "Ernie views McCullough as our first rounder" statement.

So, who had Buck as the first employee to use that talking point in your pool?

i know he weighed 200 lbs at the predraft camp, but that was 5 months after ACL surgery. So Im sure he lost weight, but he appears to have gained quite a bit since. Last April he said he was up to 215 lbs . This first picture is from last year. The 2nd one is from him a few weeks ago. Most of the weight gain will be in his legs, but you can clearly see how much more developed his shoulders look. With his length and broad shoulders, i think he is an easy 220-225 and will settle in the 230 range
