Doubtful. He was here when they signed Telly and Delly. He was here when they handed Plumlee that huge contract. Seems like another "yes man" to me.

If the owners were smart, they would start over with everything. Get rid of the front office and coach. Hire a GM and let him hire his own guys.

Um hi?

The real question is - Were you always a sociopath or did the Bucks make you a sociopath?

Probably should cut down this myth before it grows into something akin to Hammond constructed the Pistons. Zanik wasn't there until Sept 2013, their core pieces were already there. Plus, he was the assistant GM in his tenure, he didn't construct the team.

Our baseball team is the same way. Went 26 years without even making the playoffs.

And both of you guys are bringing up other player's faults to distract from Monroe's positive contributions on each end.

Delly does not at all suit what he's asked to do. I have no idea what kind of statistical ranking that thing is but I think it overstates somwwhat Delly's levels of suck. :dontknow:

Having Delly run offense that isn't throwing pick and roll lobs at an athletic C is dumb. Having Delly cover half the court because our slow bigs are at the three point line and the roll man is heading for a dunk is dumb. There is however no good way to play a bum like Henson, he's an absolute phony and should not have been at any point in any NBA rotation.

2017 -Everyone the owners hire are there dudes though. Rosters fine, just young, Kidd is doing the best he can with a young squad. Give us three years and we'll be fine.

2020- we have a MVP candidate on the roster, a borderline all star we just have been unfortunate with injuries and a couple signings that havnt worked out. We are only a couple moves away from being a contender. We are still a young squad, this takes time. Kidd has got the very best out of these squads and it's only a matter of time before it all pays off.

2021- Giannis will go down as one of the greatest ever to play for Milwaukee, we are very sad to see him go but wish him the best in the future. It's now up to Coach Kidd to take us into our next era in Milwaukee.

I've been fine with Monroe all season outside of pointing out the games where he's getting murdered in the pick and roll. Granted that's only part on ole lead boots and more on the coaching but anyway keep jumping at shadows.

On top of this I'll also add that I think people weren't understanding what they were getting in a 3+D guard. They're seeing a super Royal Ivey and asking why he isn't George Hill.

I think you replace Delly with Patrick Beverly at the start of this season and we're looking at the same discussions.

Nah, Beverly is far better then Delly and especially defensively.

Can he get from the lane to the corner three quicker than a ball gets passed though?

No, but he also doesn't regularly get beat off the dribble by quick guards. Our defensive scheme is terrible but Delly is also vastly overrated as an individual defender.

I feel like his defense looks fine with Thon at C but don't care enough to argue it. :D

Far better? Nah. I'll stick by what I said. You see Beverly spamming pick and rolls, standing at the top of the key off our offense or chasing guys all around the court on defense everyone would be calling him Royal Ivey to Delly's Nate Wolters.
